Alchemy is a term for the process of change and transmutation from base metals into gold. Spiritual alchemy in a similar way means transformation of the individual on all levels. What are our spirit guides?

Spirit Guides are beings who are in the spirit realm, and presently not incarnated into physical form. Some are souls that have incarnated with you in other life times. Some have been physically present with you this life time and passed over to the spirit realm. Some are part of your soul group or monad. Some are advanced souls that have chosen to help with soul evolution.

What do they look like?

They come in many forms, some will look human and can be all ages and both genders, and some may appear androgynous. They may dress in a culture different from your own, and sometimes in attire that is from a medieval or ancient civilizations. Some may even look strange in form, and look quite ‘alien' to you. Some will cover their form in a cloak or hood, if they feel you are not able to accept their unusual image. Some will be in a form of energy, or light. Some will just present as a loving feeling.

How do our spirit guides connect with us?

The Spirit guides are available to us throughout our lives, but we are often unaware when they are helping us. When we pray or ask for help, they hear our thoughts and come to support us. But until we are consciously aware of them they may connect and support us through our dreams, or synchronicities or co-incidences which they arrange to happen which will help us with a challenge or problem. For example they can arrange for us to pick up the correct book to have the book open at a certain passage to help us. They may arrange us to meet a particular person who will help us.
